Everything was perfect during 1 day, enjoyed its fantastic location just off the V & A Museum and also Harrods & the Kings Road, the charming Pelham Hotel, which offered a great view, was very good located for bus and tube, and is in fact in a very nice quarter of London and beautiful library with fire place.

The deluxe queen room was fashionable and complete with festive decor. The location was magnificent, with a famous museum just a 10-15 minute walk away.- There was a really nice restaurant, bakery, and trendy shops next door.

The room here is well furnished with a king size bed, and the location is great, right by a bus stop in the heart of South Ken.

Its location and friendliness of all the staff. Breakfast was acceptable. Comfortable mattress.
Initially, despite having contracted (refundable) a luxury room with two beds, with a view of the city, we were given a small room (the usual in London unless you ask for a suite in a five star hotel), with a fireplace. BUT with a view (from a single window that was presented at the entrance with the curtains closed) to an interior courtyard corridor with a special parapet of wooden slabs, therefore very dark. It was not very admissible in a double room with breakfast that exceeded 200 euros. We did not take care of it, and after about 10 minutes we were arranged from reception a room without a fireplace that was not the most important thing, but a large bed and exterior to the rear of the establishment with two windows. We accepted it. The bathroom linen, towels and bathrobes were of good quality. But the falls of the curtains, were dirty, we do not know if because of the humidity or because of big stains impossible to remove. But putting the bottom part of these new ones, will not suppose to the property a great disbursement. I took certainly photographs of it but I cannot now provide them because they are still in my mobile. They should change the locks of the windows, to double glass, "climalit" or similar system, because as they are not updated and continue with the wood, some fresh air came in at the end of August with a London already almost in autumn, through the window closed with glass. Now to finish. When we made the entrance they imposed the price of the room plus 200 pounds more of deposit for the possible damages. When we left at the checkout in the same VISA they made us the correct payment.

This place was quite clean, and the staff were especially helpful at the front desk and had a very helpful concierge, plus the location was perfect for me near the South Kensington station.

Beautiful, atmospheric hotel with a wonderful location. Two years ago we came here for afternoon tea, and after that we decided to stay sometime. We needed a room with two beds, so we booked an executive room, which was beautiful - large, bright, comfortable, with a very stylish finish in a romantic style. Heating - from the air conditioning. In the cold season can blow a little from the old windows, but at night they are closed by very tight curtains, which removes the discomfort. The hotel is well located - 10-15 minutes is a wonderful area of Chelsea, 15 minutes to Harrods, 5 minutes to museums and further - Hyde Park. There are breakfast cafes around, not sophisticated, but generally decent. For lunch and dinner it's better to go to another area. PS Thank you so much to my wife, who helps Russian speaking travelers!
Shower and bidet lovers should consider that the hotel rooms have only bathrooms and no showers. This is not very comfortable, but in general does not spoil the feeling much. A minus for me was the very narrow blankets for twin rooms. We are skinny girls, but even we were not very comfortable sleeping under a blanket 80 cm wide, the duvet was 20 centimeters wider.

Compact, good-sized unit with a 4 poster bed, the shower, for example.

The junior suite I stayed in was on the smaller side but just the right size. The location was absolutely stunning, and the beds were really comfortable. The service here was top-notch, creating a super cool and unique atmosphere. 😊
